A proud veteran, he served as an enlisted member in the United States Coast Guard for 7 years, where he developed a passion for precision, process, and helping others thrive in high-stakes environments.
At Blue Bear, Matt channels that same energy into empowering both clients and teammates. He’s dedicated to creating systems that simplify complexity, enhance performance, and ensure every client interaction is smooth, smart, and secure. Whether he’s optimizing workflows or mentoring the team, Matthew leads with intention, integrity, and an unwavering drive to improve.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, exploring new parks, restaurants, and breweries throughout the lowcountry.
